Afrotistic
Black & Autistic Peer Support Group
This 12-week virtual group is for Black and Autistic adults to explore the intersection of their neurodivergence & racial/ethnic identity. No code-switching, just you, as you are, already enough.
Beginning 19 August 2026, this group is specifically designed to provide a safe and affirming space for Black autistic individuals to connect, share experiences, and receive mutual support. Our commitment is to foster environments where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
This will be a space that encourages you to show up authentically, honestly, and transparently with Rox, a Black autistic, queer, and trans therapist.

Workshop: America is Crumbling, You Don't Have To
"Unprecedented Times" have started to feel like the status quo. From an international rise in fascism to active climate disaster, the global political reality requires us all to build new ways of thinking about resistance, safety, community, and care.
For many of us, the challenge is in turning fears, feelings, and awareness into action. Prepare for our first comprehensive workshop series, scheduled to begin on 27 August 2026. These workshops will delve into topics like collective grief, life in the US or abroad, disaster preparedness skills, and so much more.
As always, wellness as resistance is at the heart of all our offerings.

Feelin Your Self:
Reacquainting with The Body Through Yoga
Starting Saturday, September 5th, this 8-week virtual yoga workshop will offer attendees an opportunity to reacquaint themselves with their bodies and to begin building the foundational components of building a new, more positive relationship with being embodied. Each hour-long session will include 30 minutes of asana (yoga poses and flows) and 30 minutes of group reflections.
Heal the disconnect, start feelin' your self again!

General Peer Support Group
Peer support groups are a chance to heal in community with other adults who get it. Akin to group therapy, this thereaputic space will be led by Aubrey Tucker, a pre-licensed therapist and compassionate healer.

From The Pulpit To The Crossroads
Exploring religion & spirituality outside the context of Christianity/Catholicism
This virtual group is a 12 week peer support group specifically exploring with BIPOC folks who had some upbringing or connection to Christianity and/or Catholicism that no longer fully resonates with them and on a journey to explore other spiritual traditions. This group will explore folks’ history with Christianity/Catholicism, leaving the church, and new discoveries and practices. We have found the journey can be lonely when in transition between an old way of thinking and new ways, so this is the space to be held at the crossroads of your discovery, to be in the gray area with other folks also trying to find their way. We will work together to co-create a non-judgmental space to explore the possibility as well as leave room to learn more about other practices.
This group will be led by Daejah and Tatyahna(Rox). Join us starting September 6th on Sundays from 2-3:30pm EST
