What are your specialties and areas of focus?

I pride myself on being a storyteller at heart, and that underscores all of my work. In creative direction, producing, educating, marketing, and more, the first thing I see is a story. As an educator, I aim to make the complex feel simple, and the abstract feel personal. I believe we all have the tools to write better stories for ourselves, but first we need to understand how to build a plot worth living.

What drew you to this work?

Communication is a good challenge! We try to translate what is inside us to as many people as possible. Because I prioritize work that aligns with my values, I get to put a lot of passion behind the work of making connections. As for education, in 2020, I found myself growing a platform built around critically engaging with media to discuss topics of race, gender, class, and culture. I fell in love with the power of creative education to foster connection, change hearts, and expand thinking.

Who are you excited to work with?

To me, life is a group project; we rise together on the same tide. Educating is about being in community with others to affirm that we can do more together than alone. I'm excited to work with the creative catalysts, the dreamers, the curious, and the bold, but I'm also excited about the ones who haven't found their voice yet, didn't know the way they think could have value, or are still searching for their lane. Let's see who we become when we do it all together

I’m a classic jack of all trades, and I’ve become known for having done a million different jobs. My favorite job title of all, though, was “Party Scientist.” In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and asking my loved ones about hypothetical scenarios.
