What are your specialties and areas of focus?

I have worked with education equity and broader social justice organizations for the past 8 years. I love building systems and structures for people & orgs to do their best work! My specialties are people-centered leadership, org culture, project management, executive support, meeting/retreat planning, and workplace experience.

What drew you to this work?

This work is so near and dear to my heart - I'm incredibly honored to be a part of it. Specifically, I love the idea of building spaces for Black & Brown folks and folks with marginalized identities outside of systems that replicate harm.

My morning and nighttime routines are the most grounding parts of my day! I love a little check-in with myself before diving into the world; it’s a chance to come back to myself. Specifically, I love a good skincare routine and playlist combo or reading books about love, relationships, and how to build a better world.
